No. Signers receive a secure link by email and can sign on any device without creating an account.
Email us and we will set it up for you directly. Card checkout is not switched on yet, so we arrange paid plans by hand — tell us roughly how many documents a month and how many people need access, and we will quote you and enable it on your account the same day.
Each signature is bound to a SHA-256 hash of the document and the values filled in, so any later change is detectable. We record consent to sign electronically, along with the time, IP address and browser of every action, and attach a Certificate of Completion to the finished PDF. This is designed to meet the US ESIGN Act and UETA.
Sending is paused for the rest of the month. Documents already out for signature carry on as normal and nothing is deleted — get in touch and we can lift the limit straight away.
Encrypted at rest in our object storage. Completed documents stay available to you and to everyone who signed them.
Only if you switch it on. Automatic field detection is off by default; an admin has to enable it in Settings, and the page names the provider before you use it. With it off, no document ever leaves our infrastructure for a model provider.
Not sure which plan fits? Tell us what you send and we will point you at the right one.
