How it works
- 1
Upload your NDA once
Use your own NDA as a PDF. Place the signature, name and date fields one time.
- 2
Send to each new party
Pick the template, type the recipient's email, and send. For many people, use bulk send.
- 3
Keep the signed copy
Both sides can download the signed PDF, with an audit trail showing when it was signed.
What you get
- Reusable templates: set the fields up once
- Bulk send one NDA to many recipients
- Mutual NDAs with signing order for each party
- A SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed document, so a later change can be detected
Questions
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
In most countries, yes. The US ESIGN Act and UETA, and the EU eIDAS regulation, recognise electronic signatures for most everyday contracts. PactPen records each signer's consent, the time, their IP address and a hash of the document, so you can show who signed what and that it has not changed since. Some documents, such as wills or property deeds in certain places, still need a handwritten signature or a notary, so check the rules for your document and country.
Does the person signing need an account?
No. They get an email with a secure link, open it on any phone or computer, and sign. Only the sender needs a PactPen account.
Is it free?
The Free plan lets you send 5 documents a month with no credit card. Pro is $9 a month (or $90 a year) for 100 documents a month and up to 5 team members, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
