Questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The watermark is added inside your browser. Nothing is sent to PactPen or anywhere else.
Can the text underneath still be read?
Yes. The watermark is see-through; choose Faint for documents people need to read comfortably.
Can someone remove the watermark?
A determined person with PDF editing software can, as with any PDF watermark. It marks a document as a draft or confidential; it is not a lock.
Does it work with any language?
The built-in font covers English and Western European letters, numbers and common symbols. Other scripts are not supported yet.
Does it reduce quality?
No. The watermark is added on top; the pages are not re-drawn, so text stays sharp and selectable.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 25 MB.
