Organize PDF pages, free

Put the pages of a PDF in the right order: drag them into place, or use the arrows on a phone. It all happens in your browser: your file is never uploaded.

Need other people to sign?

PactPen sends your PDF to each signer by email, records their consent, time and IP address, and gives you the signed PDF with a certificate of completion. Free for 5 documents a month.

How it works

  1. Choose the PDF.
  2. Drag each page to where it belongs, or use the arrows under it. Reverse order flips the whole document, which fixes a stack scanned back to front.
  3. Press Save and download.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are rearranged inside your browser. Nothing is sent to PactPen or anywhere else.

Can I also remove or rotate pages?

Use Delete PDF pages or Rotate PDF for that; each takes a few seconds, and the result can be opened here again.

Does reordering reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.

Can I reorder a password-protected PDF?

Not directly. Remove the password first.

Is there a size limit?

Files up to 25 MB.
