Combine several PDFs into one, in the order you want. It all happens in your browser: your files are never uploaded.

Need other people to sign?

Questions

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDFs are read and joined inside your browser. Nothing is sent to PactPen or any other server.

Is there a limit?

Up to 20 files at a time, each up to 25 MB.

Does it keep the text and quality?

Yes. Pages are copied as they are, not converted to images, so text stays selectable and nothing is compressed.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not directly. Remove the password first, then merge.
