Rotate a PDF, free
Turn sideways or upside-down pages the right way up and save the PDF so they stay that way. It all happens in your browser: your file is never uploaded.
Need other people to sign?
PactPen sends your PDF to each signer by email, records their consent, time and IP address, and gives you the signed PDF with a certificate of completion. Free for 5 documents a month.

Questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The file is read and rotated inside your browser. Nothing is sent to PactPen or anywhere else.
Will it stay rotated when I open it again?
Yes. The new orientation is written into the PDF itself, not just the view, so it opens the same way in any reader, in email and when printed.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Click only the pages you want to turn; the others are left as they are.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. The pages are not re-drawn, only turned, so text stays sharp and selectable.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. Remove the password first, then rotate it.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 25 MB.
