Questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. Each image is converted inside your browser and never leaves your device.
What happens to a transparent background?
JPG cannot be transparent, so see-through areas become white. Without this they would turn black.
How much smaller will it be?
For photos, often five to ten times smaller. Screenshots with large flat areas shrink less, and text may look slightly softer than in the PNG.
Can I convert several images at once?
Yes, up to 50 at a time. One image downloads on its own; several arrive together in a .zip.
